Where this buyer may fit
A practical comparison point for owners collecting offers from businesses that advertise both sides of the river. Keep the specific property and timeline central to the conversation. A company covering several communities should still explain who will visit your address and how the offer accounts for its condition.
Questions for your conversation
Which entity will sign the contract, is the purchase dependent on another buyer, and when is the deposit due? Ask for the answer in the written agreement where it affects price, timing, or your obligations. A friendly first call is useful; clear terms are what you can compare.
Compare before deciding
Give each buyer the same information about the property and request a written offer. Compare an as-is listing estimate as well if time allows. Compare Cincinnati cash home buyers to see the other businesses in this edition.
