Where this buyer may fit
An option for owners who want a local conversation about an inherited home, repairs, or another complicated moving situation. Keep the initial conversation separate from the commitment. Ask for a complete copy of the proposed agreement and enough time for your own advisor to explain it, even when the process is presented as simple.
Questions for your conversation
What property review takes place before the price is final, and which terms allow either party to change the timetable? Ask for the answer in the written agreement where it affects price, timing, or your obligations. A friendly first call is useful; clear terms are what you can compare.
Compare before deciding
Give each buyer the same information about the property and request a written offer. Compare an as-is listing estimate as well if time allows. Compare Cincinnati cash home buyers to see the other businesses in this edition.
